However, my question is why would anyone with those skills and lives in a country with
- Good health care
- 4-6 vacation weeks a year plus holidays
- No open carry of guns an no guns in classrooms
- No school shootings
- Good roads and bridges
- Free or inexpensive higher education
- Lots of paid maternity leave seven weeks to two years depending on the country and sometimes paid paternity leave
- Secure retirement
- An educated citizenry overall
