Dear NSA…
I read in The Guardian, that the FBI wants more hacking and surveillance
powers through "an apparently backdoor route.
This would be be an amendment
to Rule 41 for the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, concerning warrants for
remote access to electronic data. Did you have anything to do with this? That
means the FBI can hack into any computer anytime anywhere, although a judge
does need to issue a warrant. Before it was specific when and where.
This is not just anti-terrorist but for any reason.
Now I know crime needs to be fought but doesn’t that just mean less
civil protections for innocent people?
What point to be safe from crime if an innocent person isn't safe from the government.
We will be on the road again.
Should I hold up my iPad to the train window so you can enjoy the scenery?
Love
DL
