I love you Jamie

No, I'm not unfaithful to Rick...

Watching Jamie Oliver before I left Geneva last week, I saw him make the following

1 pork medallion per person which you slit
Put in Feta cheese
wrap in smoky pancetta
Add a little sage
Fry in olive oil...

Today I made it for lunch.

He also made a courgette recipe, but there were no courgettes in the market. I may have to wait for spring, but I won't forget.

I don't know how long this cooking craze will go on. I do know that on Saturday we'll get a roasted marché chicken and Sunday we have reservations to eat couscous on Sunday.

However, there are two pork medallions left, and I've challenged Rick to find a recipe for them. Of course, that means it will be my turn to do the dishes.
